Cirque Lodge’s Sundance campus is at 3114 East Ida’s Road, below Mount Timpanogos in Utah. It provides residential substance-use treatment with support for co-occurring mental health difficulties. This entry covers the Lodge and its adjacent Lookout accommodation, not the separate Studio facility at 777 North Palisade Drive in Orem.

Treatment and campus boundaries

The provider combines 12-step recovery, cognitive behavioural therapy, individual and group sessions, and experiential activities within an individualized plan. The Lodge and Studio share the provider’s programme approach, but their buildings and facilities differ. Importantly, the official facilities page places the detox unit at the Studio. Anyone needing medically supervised withdrawal should confirm where they will be assessed and stay before transferring to the Lodge.

Accommodation

The Lodge accommodates 16 residents, with three further places in the adjacent Lookout. Private and shared rooms are offered, with private bathrooms. Timber interiors, large windows and a meditation room reflect the mountain setting. Ask which building and room category your quote covers. Do not assume that the Studio’s horse arenas, gym and other activity facilities are physically located at your accommodation, or that every activity is included in your individual timetable.

Admission questions

Discuss current medications, withdrawal risk, physical access requirements and co-occurring conditions with admissions. Clarify the recommended length of stay, whether detox or another stage takes place in Orem, and how transport between facilities is arranged. Device access is decided with the clinical team, so confirm work and family communication needs in advance.
