Life Works House is a 17-bed residential addiction service in a Grade II listed Georgian manor on High Street in Old Woking, Surrey. It is part of Priory and runs the therapy-led Flourish programme in a smaller, community-based setting rather than an acute hospital.
Care and approach
The programme combines psychoeducation, group and individual work, practical life skills, resilience building and structured community participation. Priory describes an approach that can support abstinence or harm-reduction goals, with family involvement and measured treatment outcomes. Suitability for co-occurring mental-health needs is assessed before admission.
Accommodation
Residents stay in the manor and use shared lounges, therapy spaces, dining areas and landscaped gardens. The site also provides space for outdoor games and guided activity.
